The world doesn’t wait for silence. It spins, it shouts, it stumbles forward. And in the middle of that noise, I used to think I had to match its volume—run faster, think louder, do more. But clarity doesn’t come from shouting over the chaos. It comes from listening beneath it. Like tuning into a frequency that’s always been there, just buried under static. Today, I don’t chase quiet. I carry it. I let the noise pass through me, and I look for the signal. It’s not always obvious. But it’s always there.
